E-Commerce Development

In e-commerce the site is not a catalogue, it is the sales line. Every visitor lost between the product page and the payment screen comes straight off revenue.

We have built for stores selling into the US market and for distributors in Turkey, on hosted platforms and from scratch. Which one is right depends on the business, and we work that out with you before anything is built.

What We Build

Online store builds

A store set up around your products, variants, stock and shipping. Filtering and search across a catalogue of hundreds is a different job from a store with ten items.

Custom e-commerce software

If your product is made to order, configured before purchase or sold on subscription, a hosted platform limits you from week one. In that case building from scratch is cheaper over time.

Payment integration

The headline rate is the small part. Settlement time, refund handling and duplicate payment protection usually matter more to the business.

E-commerce SEO

Getting category and product pages to show up. Server-side rendering, correct canonicals and variant URL handling decide this.

Conversion work

Selling more without buying more traffic. We work on cart abandonment, the checkout step and the mobile purchase flow.

Platform migration

Moving between hosted and custom in either direction. The critical part is redirecting product and category URLs, otherwise everything built up in search resets.

Why Erbeon

  • If a hosted platform is enough we say so rather than selling you custom software.
  • Every payment path is tested, refunds included.
  • Duplicate order protection is built in from the start, not discovered months later.
  • Your own team runs products and campaigns from the admin panel.

How We Work

  1. Catalogue and platform call

How many products, how many variants, which shipping and payment methods. We settle that first, because the answer to the platform versus custom build question comes out of it and the two cost very different amounts.

  2. Purchase flow design

We design the path from finding a product to completing payment. Most abandoned carts come from unnecessary steps inside that path rather than from price.

  3. Build and integration

We set up payment, shipping, invoicing and stock connections. A real order runs end to end in a test environment before anything goes live.

  4. Launch and measurement

Once the store is open we measure where visitors drop off and which products lose them. The fixes made in the first month usually pay for themselves fastest.

What You Get

  • A panel for products, variants, stock and orders
  • Payment infrastructure installed and tested
  • Shipping and invoicing integration
  • Terms of sale and returns pages
  • Search settings for product and category pages
  • Measurement on the cart and checkout steps

What Drives Cost and Timeline

Complexity of rules matters more than number of products. A hundred single-price items are easier than twenty priced by size and colour. Campaigns, coupons, multiple carriers and trade pricing are where most of the work lives.

A store built on an existing platform opens faster but carries a monthly fee and transaction commission. A custom build takes longer up front and pays no commission as revenue grows. Which one is cheaper for you depends on the turnover you expect, and we work that out together on the first call.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your products fit a standard catalogue and you want to be selling within weeks, hosted is right. If products are made to measure, need to connect to an existing stock system, or your revenue makes percentage fees hurt, run the numbers on a custom build.
