Technical SEO
Crawlability, indexability, canonicals, redirect chains and server-side rendering. If the critical content is not in the first response, a crawler sees an empty page.
The most expensive mistake in SEO is starting work before you know where the problem is. A site that cannot be crawled and a site stuck on page two are completely different jobs, and confusing them wastes months.
We measure first. Can the site be crawled, is it indexed, which queries get impressions but no clicks. The plan is built on that data.

Category and product page structure, variant URL handling, and keeping faceted navigation from exploding the index. In e-commerce the technical and content sides are inseparable.
Heading hierarchy, internal linking and page ownership on larger sites. Two pages competing for the same query is not twice the traffic, it is half.
Separating informational queries from commercial ones. One page cannot serve both well.
Speed is proved by measurement, not by how it feels. Image weight, fonts and third party script cost get budgeted at the start.
A second language is a setup job, not a translation job. Get the URL structure and hreflang wrong and the two versions compete with each other.
We crawl the site the way a search engine sees it. Blocked pages, wrong canonicals, broken redirects and content that never gets indexed all surface here. Publishing content while these are unresolved is wasted effort.
We separate the searches that actually bring customers from the ones that only bring traffic. High volume with no buying intent raises your numbers and leaves your revenue where it was.
We merge pages that serve the same intent and create the ones that are missing. Near-identical pages compete with each other, so that gets cleaned up first.
We track query positions in Search Console. What we did and what it changed goes into a monthly report in plain language.
Technical fixes usually show within weeks, because you are unblocking something that was already there. Content and authority work is slower and rarely gives a meaningful picture before three months. Be careful with anyone who promises otherwise.
Competition decides the rest. Ranking for a local service is far quicker than ranking for a product term searched nationwide. On the first call we look at how hard your target terms actually are and give you a realistic timeframe.

Web Design
A California tree care company came to us on a slow WordPress build. We rewrote the site from scratch as a static build and kept the design exactly as it was.

E-Commerce
An end to end e-commerce platform for a San Jose massage chair retailer, built to carry the showroom experience online and handle the sale from there.
Once technical blockers are cleared, some pages start appearing within weeks. For competitive commercial terms we are talking months. Saying that up front is better than explaining it later.
